On Thursday 14th March 2019 we celebrated British Science Week by holding a "Colourful Science Day". Despite the day being a little wet and windy, all of the students got into the spirit of things and had fun experimenting with science and art.
Running Deer was given a potter’s wheel, a manual kick wheel, which had no fly wheel as it was part of an unfinished project. It had originally come Chumleigh School and had in more recent times been left in a horse box to await its fate.
Tree folk spotted in Butterdon Wood! Richard one of our Case Workers, and a renowned artist, demonstrated clay sculpture to our young people in Butterdon Wood this week as part of their art topic this term.
