As part of our Mentor programme and Intervention services we now provide KS2 and KS3 education with our qualified teacher. This has provided our young people with the opportunity to continue their education and has enabled us to offer this as part of a bespoke package.
Now that the holidays are over we are once again focussed on the referrals pathway and mentor programme with fresh ideas, new services and exciting activities for young people to participate in. Starting the new academic year we have been very fortunate to have had excellent weather, with only one or two wet days to contend with.
Running Deer's Referrals Pathway Programme is open to young people in Devon who need additional support outside of the classroom. Sophie was one such person...full of anger and teenage angst; referred to us through Referrals Pathway!

I am a former soldier and in 2012 I was discharged from my previous job on medical grounds. The initial diagnosis for my medical condition was depression and anxiety. Following a lot of medication and sessions of counselling I was reassessed and diagnosed as suffering from PTSD.
